Swixim Pays de Gex et Nyon, the story of a liberated real estate Agent!
Stéphane Reis began his career with Swixim international as an independent real estate agent in March 2019 and opened his two Swixim international real estate agencies this summer 2023.
After working as a salaried employee and then as an executive in a financial company in Switzerland for some fifteen years, Stéphane Reis chose to switch to the real estate sector at the age of 36. He wanted to become independent, an entrepreneur, to be remunerated according to his investment and performance.
He started out as a broker with the determination to surround himself with a team of people as determined as himself.
He chose to evolve towards the openStore immobilier by Swixim agency concept, because he is first and foremost a hands-on man. He likes to be 100% available for his customers and wants to keep his freedom of action. Where a street-side agency is a hindrance to agents, the Swixim concept brings freedom! An agency open 7/7 from 9am to 7pm, with a human welcome that's 100% digital. That way, even when they're not at the agency, customers are welcomed and guided, and they benefit from all the notoriety of a physical location, without the inconvenience.
"Swixim offered me all the conditions I needed to achieve my goals, thanks to the tools provided and the strong Swiss image conveyed by the Group, unlike other traditional agencies. Today, after four years with the network, I've been able to join forces with Swixim and put together a team of 4 brokers who are now totally independent and autonomous in Pays de Gex. I was soon able to achieve annual sales of EUR 1.2 million, with the aim of reaching EUR 1.8 million per year by recruiting 2 additional brokers.
With the opening of the Nyon branch, I'd also like to create a 2nd team of 4-5 people who can work alongside me to develop the Swiss market, applying the same working method I used in Pays de Gex.
